Tutu Toddler Ghost Costume
This boo-tiful ghoul is too cute to spook!
Supplies
•Girls White Tutu
•Grosgrain Ribbon
•Black Felt
•Scissors
•Sewing Needle
•Black & White All Purpose Thread
Instructions
•Start by cutting the felt in 1/2. Use one half to cut out a mouth shape. Fold the other 1/2 in 1/2 again & cut out the eye shape
•Lift the top layer of tulle & tack eyes & mouth shapes to second layer of tulle- make sure the eyes aren't too close
•Attach two lengths (approx 24" ea.) of grosgrain ribbon to the top of the tutu waist, centering it between the eyes on the skirt. This will create the halter tie.
•This can be worn as is or you can add long sleeves & tights/leggings under the tutu for colder climates.
And don't forget- if you've got it, haunt it
